Hi folks, just got an update today in my ead renewal. New card in production.

Timeline:ead+Advance Parole received March 2021.

Fingerprints applied June 2021

Dec 14 , New card is produced.  

 

Vawa 360 + 485 still pending :applied April 2020.

My I-131 Renewal has been pending since October 2020. My lawyer has sent an outside of normal processing time request but haven't heard back from USCIS. This is getting incredibly frustrating. It will be OK, the issue is the COVID requirements to return make sure you check with JA Tourism and your airline carrier.  There are about 4 groups you have to fill out forms for and confirm negative test results before you board the plane coming and going.

I filed for i751 jointly with my Spouse but I might have to switch to a waiver and three attorneys told me that I should go for extreme cruelty.

if you file for VAWA then you can apply for EAD as long you have pending i-485.

 

However, in your case since you filed i-751. i would say wait for @Demiseand @sandranjto answer.
