You can file a fee waiver and not pay for the 2nd one.

In this case, what's become of his current EAD?

If the I-485 and I-130 are denied together and the new EAD not yet approved?

Can he continue to work under a denied case related to his current EAD?

For we all know its now taking more than 6 months to receive EAD/AP from Vermont after your application have been received. (two months and + before having any receipt notice).

Is there also a biometric waiver in this case of figure?

Thanks for your answers. 🙏🙏

If i-485 deny then EAd/AP become dull.

you can not work once i-485 denied and EAD because useless.

Hi guys, it's been exactly 1 month (Nov 5 2021) since I filed I-360 and registered mail has proof that delivery was completed and accepted by a USCIS officer in VSC. As of writing, it is Dec 8 2021 and I have not receipt my 797C NOA yet. Anyone experiencing such huge delay too? Any idea what I can do?

i have sent my renewal of EAD/AP to VSC on October 1st. I have not received my receipt yet.

It is really frustrating. My extension will expire in 2 weeks,  it's been 9months I applied since then nothing.I will try expediting again to VSC and MSC(ead renewal was sent to MSC instead of VSC).

Hello @Aadi135

I sent ONLY form I-765 and I-131 to Vermont this JANUARY.

I’ve received one RFE for each Form asking for two 2x2 passport photos this NOVEMBER.

PS: Last time I asked for renewal I didn’t sent any passport photos.

Thank you so much for the help

Wait, arent we suppose to send all docs only to Vermont? Why you sent renewal to MSC? anyone with VAWA pending received renewal approved from MSC? you havent heard back may be because you sent it to MSC or may be delay that everyone is facing right now.

Hi guys, please help me

I don't know how to prove my abusers citizenship, he was born in FL.

I have photos of his SSN and DL.

He didn't register to vote so I can't check there. And Florida birth records are not public information.

PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS WHAT I SHOULD DO PLEASE HELP ME 🙏

I just had my Ex's expired DL and SSN number, I wrote an letter to Vermont stating i do not have her citizenship document with me. please help me to look her up in your system. It worked., Also, i requested her neutralization certificate on FOIA, it took some time but i got copy of it. All the best, dont panic, just share what you have and ask USCIS to look up for your spouse, As long as they are citizen we are good, USCIS tries to help us as much as they can,

Thanks very much.

That's why it's always good to keep your form I-485 ON HOLD, during vawa process.

Aadi135 my lawyer assistant sent the renewal to NBC(just to clarify MSC is the code for NBC). I was worried cause I thought it goes to VSC but she assured me it won't have a negative impact. I already received my receipts (EAD+Advance Parole) , and last status was they reused my fingerprints and apply to the case. So I guess it is still processing.  I tried to submit an inquiry online but i got a notice saying I am still under processing time.

Well i think it's depend. If you are already using that ead to work , you can still be able to work til expiration date even though i485 is denied. I run into issue like this before and kept working. fortunately I got another ead before the old one expired.

It is at the descretion of the IO to hold the I-485.  It is not a requirement, and you cannot file an appeal if they do not not.  It is important to realize that there are other options when it does not happen.
