Hello All,

Sorry this question must have been asked multiple time before, but i was not able to find information.

What documents we need to sent along with 765/131 renewal? I saw one guys sent without photos and got approved, that is odd to me.

Docs i gathered so far

1. 765/131 form, (131 i did not see place to check/tick renewal) signed

2. Current C09 EAD copy front and back,

3. 485/360 copy

4. Passport and I-94 copy.

5. Letter got with current EAD/AP

6. 4 Passport photos,

Shall i keep copies separate for 765 and then 131 or is it okay if i sent only one copy for both? Am i missing any other document?

You do not need to send copy of 360, passport copy and Number 5.

Form i-131 does not have renewal. so you are good.

Just put them together in one envelope. You are good.

Thank you so much, shall keep two copies document for each for 765 and 131 or one copy is enough like only one copy of current EAD.485 for both 765 and 131? ?

Hi everyone,

Has anyone applied for an exemption to the covid 19 vaccine for their medical exam with medical or religious reasons ?

Thank you

Hello @Aadi135

I sent ONLY form I-765 and I-131 to Vermont this JANUARY.

I’ve received one RFE for each Form asking for two 2x2 passport photos this NOVEMBER.

PS: Last time I asked for renewal I didn’t sent any passport photos.

Its been a while since i was here, im a 2018 October filler and still nothing happened...crickets

Lawyer saying need to wait... paid twice for a work permit application due to her saying that some rules changed and 2 years so far and nothing, all i hear is that need to wait and if she will have news for me she will be the one reaching out to inform and pretty much not to bug her with this type of question.

I asked the lawyer recently if we are doing everything possible to somehow maybe expedite or at least get a freaking answer it just cant be only silence for that long... lately thinking more and more of just call it a good 15 year journey in us and just move to a different country in europe and leave everything behind...

Anyone here in same situation like mine?

By the way congratulations to everyone on their applications!

1)Have you tried reaching out to your local congressman to inquire on your behalf ? If not that’s the good place to start . They are really helpful getting you answers or at least you will know where your case stands at this moment .

2) You can you write to VSC placing an out of normal processing times request (Make sure to notarize your signature and copy of G-28 form )

3) If you already tried 2 options above with no luck you can reach out to Ombudsman office to help you with your case .
4) Even if that doesn’t work the last option would be to file writ of mandamus to force their hand to make a decision on your case.

You are not alone in this fight . Good luck !

Why did you pay for work permit twice?

Did you pay for your i-485?

Jointing the above conversation on the vaccine^ do we all need to resubmit our medicals? I submitted mine with the original application for permanent residency through marriage

USCIS stated back in September I think, that anyone who’s medical was submitted Before covid would not expire after the two years because of covid delays. So instead of the medical being valid for two years it is now valid for 4 years. Depending on when it was signed.
then they stated that you would need the covid vaccine on October 1st. So now I’m not sure if my medical is valid.
It seems regardless of what they published people are still being asked to submit a new medical which would mean you would need the covid vaccine.
