Violent physical exercise: does lifting come under this? Or maybe kick boxing

Ask your congressperson to inquire on your behalf. VSC changed the address.

I am on the move. I am not home and do not have the letter with me. Request for evidence for sure as the title of the letter . 

next line is medicals. before then i letters stating i was deficient in medicals.

Transferring in this case signifies that Vermont does not need that form( I-485) at this time. 

So, what could be the reason?

Have someone seeing this type of situation before?

Case being transferred without approval or EAD vawa category approved?

I need your help please!!!

 

They will not adjudicate your AOS  case until they approve/deny your  VAWA case, but in case they set up the interview you must go ok.

Good morning everyone, I’ve just confirmed that my lawyer didn’t send in a new form I-765 and I31 with my vawa application and my vawa application has been received. She said it won’t be necessary and might slow down the application since I have a pending I-765 and an already approved form I-131 from my previous C09 application. Can I still submit the new forms(form I-765 &131) with a fee waiver ? And if so, would it affect my pending form-765.

I’ll appreciate any information on this.

The one that is pending which service center did you send? vermont or NBC?

Do you have pending i-485?

If you have already pending i-765, most likely they will deny the second application.

My initial C09 application was sent to NBC 

I have a pending I-485 from my C09 application. it was requested to be placed in abeyance for me to be able to send my Vawa application.

did you pay for i-485?

couple weeks ago I posted that my vawa was approved, yesterday I got my letter saying that I can Apply for adjustment of status.

 

I talked to a lawyer to help me out buy it is too expensive, I’m thinking i. Doing it by my self, what you guys think?

 

can someone help me with what forms I should apply? Or tell me how to do it!”?

The form that you need to fill is i-485. 

It should be pretty straight forward. You can get all the information online.

Yes my spouse paid for it. I feel a lot of relief now that I know I don’t have to send another form I-765 &131 and also I won’t have to pay for renewing when that time comes.

Just remember whenever you send renewal just make sure send your i-485 receipt with it.

i was looking at USCIS website, it really seems straight forward. If I’m not mistaken I should apply for:

 

i-485 adjustment of status (fee is $1140 + $85 biometrics)

i-131 travel document ( fee is $575)

i-765 employment autorization ( fee is $410) not sure if I need to apply for this if I already have my c31 

 

along with medicals,  2 passport photos, Copy of passport, Copy of birth certificate, Copy of I94

 

Do you know if thats right? Or if I need something else
