May 2019 ,  30 months waiting for VAWA  and counting!!!! I’m so tired and depressed. Started therapy and the man could tell by looking at me that I wasn’t ok. Why are they taking so long!! 
Thank God for school, it keeps me busy, else I’ll be on the streets picking papers or in a mental facility. Life is hard. 😩

I know with covid Vermont is backed up. I have sent in my I360 a while ago and still not received the receipt notice. During this time I also requested the local office to hold my i485 in abeyance and they said they will do so if I show that my i360 was filed.

have you tried to contact your congress/senator? 

 

It's been 2 months now i have not received my receipts for my EAD and Ap renewal.

not true.  It is only free if you paid for your I-485 application.  If you used a fee waiver, then you have to pay for the C09 EAD renewal.  Renewal under C31 is not free either.  You have to pay the fee or submit a fee waiver.

I have renewed it twice without any fees, I have used fee waiver.  I also paid i-485 filling fee when I filed it. So you might be right.
