ordered  new card C31 4/21/2020

transfer to another office 11/09/2020

RFE Medical- 09/24/2021

submitted medical- 10/15/2021

ordered new card 11/08/2021

approved 1485- 11/09/2021

card in hand 11/15/2021

 

my uscis account never updated at all, i just got letter from the attorney. it started updating from the ordered new card, all the previous updates were uscis letters. Dallas

I had my interview today and... THE OFFICER SAID RIGHT AWAY THAT MY CASE HAS BEEN APPROVED! I SHOULD RECEIVE THE GREEN CARD WITHING 2 WEEKS!!!

The nightmare is over guys!

It is a week before my birthday and I couldn't wish for anything else .... thank you for your good wishes, prayers and support! 

Do NOT BE SCARED! Just be patient! 😘❤️

Good luck honey! You are gonna kill it!   I did my Med Exam on Wednesday, November 17th and It was ready on Saturday, it takes only few days :)

I agree very encouraging, thanks for sharing, lets pray so we can have all our pending case approved as soon as possible, lets pray that our cases receive Godly acceleration toward approvals

I first came on here sometime in July 2019 when I thought my world was coming to an end . I was going through divorce with the woman I loved . But I can say it’s all in the past and am better than I was yesterday . And two years ago . 
My vawa was approved May this year, no evidence was asked . Two weeks ago, I was asked to submit my medicals and I-864W and I sent everything last week and couple of minutes ago MY I-485 was approved . NO INTERVIEW, NO lawyer from day one . My God who brought me to America has been my lawyer . Finally the journey since 2017 is finally OVER . I can see my family or travel after 8 years . 
 

I love everyone here, thank you Sandra, thank you to whoever created this beautiful thread . Thank you to Fedaniela and Gabriela .

Thank you everybody!!! 

I never even wished for  getting the green card when i first got to the USA, but here I am! 

Will receive Green card in 2 weeks!!!

@anita21 they were very friendly, in fact the person who was interviewing me was in training, and there was another USCIS official teacher her, who acctually happened to know my lawyer who came with me! So there were jokes and laughs. 

In my I 485 didn't say I was divorced since it was done 2 years ago, so I was asked for the divorce documents, all the work permits and the medical, and that is it! They asked me all the questions from I 485 form, and she announced that my case has been approved!
