Doesn't hurt to try. In 2014 the department of state lost my entire application (j1 waiver). It's only when I inquired through senator 4 months later that they admitted to losing it. I had to send another copy of all the documents. Do not trust USCIS / government to always do their job. There are plenty of incompetent people in there.

That was fast. Mine was approved on Nov 09. let see if next week I receive the approval notification.

Yes, I thought gap from card production to approval update was 45 to 60 days. I hope this means they are processing cases faster overall. Time will tell.

did you sent it to the right address? my lawyer sent it to chicago lockbox instead of vermont, now I am trying to figure out where it is, file a new one or get a new lawyer

Yes it was sent to Vermont. I even called USPS and they confirmed it was sent to right place.

Its been almost 2 months i have not received my receipt notices for my EAD and AP. It was a renewal package. 

 

What do you think what should i do? According to USPS package was delivered on time.

It’s not unusual…seen a lot of that here. You can choose to be patient until you get the receipt notice from them or enquire from your reps what the hold up is about. But since it’s almost two months I believe you will hear from them anytime now.👍

I did received my third PF in September this year. 

 

I believe the first one is for 1 year after that they sent in for 180 days.

it just means that you an get some public benefits. 

 

A person can be approved without PF.

A person can be denied after getting PF.
