Hey guys, how di you guys check case status and updates? Is it an app? Does it send you email notifications for when they send you mail on your case? I just received my prima facie and wondering how i can be able to see all these updates or get them before hand without having to go to USCIS website and manually put in my case number. Thanks

I use the Case Tracker app. It does not show you your case history, though, which is slightly annoying.

Lawfully and case tracker app is what I use. Don’t know if there are others 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hello guys. Congratulations to everyone who got an approval!! God is great.
I have a question, so I usually get a prima facia before the one I have gets expired even without asking for it. This time my 4th prima facia is expired without me getting a new 1. Should I be worried, ask my lawyer to send them an email or letter?
I’m May 2019 and still waiting

 No RFE or anything.

Just write a letter to uscis and request a new one

Where do you see case history? I see people posting everything about their history and wonder how they get it?

hello dear forum, please help me with ideas

My vawa was approved in march 2020, I sent my i485 in dec 2018.
My new lawyer sent my ead renewal mistakenly to the chicago lockbox instead of vermont services, what can I do? I already called uscis they told me to write an email to the lockbox@uscis.dhs.gov email, I explained my situation in the email and I still havent heard from them, lawyer office will have a conference call with uscis and me on monday, but how can I know for sure that the USCIS team in chicago will transfer my renewal package to vermont? what can I do please help?
I cannot afford to lose my job because of a law office mistake, should I change lawyer now that I still have 5 months until my current ead card expires?
I havent received the i797 with the 180 days extension.   I am just in need of new ead and approval of i485

Each local office has its on timeline,  from 6 to 19 months.USCIS will not expedite your I-485.

Hello Sandra! Hope you are doing great! Do you know why on the website you can see up to 46 months as processing time (Brooklyn for example)? Do they do this to avoid people right to make an enquire in a “short” period?
