No RFE. Only this NOID. It is because i received a fraud 204c on my i130 last February 2021. Since i am divorced, the burdens are mine to prove that my marriage was bona fide

I really hope and wish that you hear good news from USCIS.

Best of luck!!

So your issues are:

1- Insufficient evidence of Good faith marriage

2- Incomplete prior divorce

3- Material misrepresentation

You can overcome all 3 by writing a detailed affidavit explaining your marriage and the dynamics and why you don’t have many shared docs,  You can request a final divorce decree from proper issuing authority in that country, You can write a sworn affidavit explaining material misrepresentation.

Finally, I think this is no longer a DIY thing. Hire @sandranj or another competent lawyer to represent you.

Good luck!

Hey, i forgot the name of the restaurant we had our first date, it was out of state, what should I say in my personal declaration? Also, a cousin of mine prepared my visa application at the ambassy before I come here, he made a mistake on my marital status" single" while i was married. USCIS is asking to clarify that, what should I say? @Demise  @sandranj @Pinkrlion

OK, what did your lawyer say?  I thought you sent in your Absolute decree for divorce.  What documents did say that you had to submit?
