What is this person referring to? Is the advice on this forum not to share the personal declaration with the therapist? Can anyone help me in this?

The  Psychologist evaluation is solely obtain by the psychologist during the evaluation, and it  must describe the abuse in details, must mentioned test perform, diagnosis treatment use in the evaluation, also state the background of the problem, and if further treatment is recommended and if any referral is needed. Not sure why she will need the declaration from you part since this is the reason why the evaluation is done to obtained it. 

Also Not sure if 2-3 hours session may not be enough to do this I have seen be done but just make sure. because a generic 2-3 pages psychologist report does not work for USCIS. at least 10 pages.

I have already seen her 6 times, so 6 hours in total. She performed some tests on Monday and today it is supposed to be the last meeting. 

She just told me that reading my statement and my friends' letters would help, I think like in making sure she got everything right? I do not know. I said I would at the beginning, but now I am not sure.

In case your EAD is pending from before may 2021, initial or renewal, and you are tired of waiting for USCIS, link above is for mandamus lawsuit against USCIS to process EAD asap. USCIS just agreed to a settlement for EAD in a h4 and L2 class action case today.

First EAD came May ,2018

Rfe on VAWA July,2019

vawa approved Nov 2019,(Thanksgiving)

I 485 case transferred to Atl FO Nov,2019

Vawa Approval updated online May, 2020

I moved to Columbus,OH Jan,2021

sent notices of address change but I guess they were not received 

Interview letter for I 485 Oct 6th for Nov 9th,2021

Had to submit new medicals because the original was too old 

On interview day,

She asked for my ID

She noticed am from Ohio

Explained to her the notice was sent to my old apt that I shared with a friend and also to a wrong law office representing me

The letter was forwarded to me by my friend.Tried contacting them in regards to the medicals if a new one was needed(The Dr requested I asked)

Could not reach no one 

Online update now reads 

Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed

Am grateful but tired because of the uncertainty around this

Interviewer said she will have to forward to Ohio 

I have waited for long for this ,now do not know what next to do because I cannot force them to forward items 

Besides,there is backlog everywhere

Was not expecting the interview notice that soon 

Grateful and hoping for the best

Same here, I would normally have gotten a receipt already, this is very worrisome, this means the actual renewal might take forever

Hi folks, today I received this notification and it seems my I360 has been approved. Here you will see my timeline. I was devastated when my marriage finished but now I see a light after all this process. I never received a prima facia during these two years and my I485 was transferred from my marriage process. 

btw, my i765 -C09 renewal is still pending since september 2020.

good luck to every one and never lose your faith.
