Because I’m his spouse I can only mail in the request but the application form that I am required to submit requires a notary stamp and signature which I am having an issue with because they don’t want to sign it unless he is there

Thats weird . I ordered mine through them without issues . They might have changed their policies. By now .

Hello everyone.  Can u tell me. One thing.  My  work permit application is pending. My driving license is excited with my work permit.  But use to had TDL   How can I get back. My TDL

If you have a receipt notice for work permit application . You should take that to your local DMV . They will check your status through SAVE system and should be able to give you a driver license depending on your state .

@Pinkrlion hi, I have filled out I-90 form online but my problem is it’s asking me $540

to pay online even though I have checked the box that it was lost and I have never received it. I’ve also read that USCIS will not refund any payments done. There’s no waiver. Help :(

The never received box should say $0.00

Did you send them anything? How many times did they updated? Is your VAWA approved or not? They updated my status like that 30 days ago and I have VAWA approved since November 2020. I have no idea if it is an error or sign of disturbance.

do you the approval letter for your vawa? i have send them documents by myself  but they dont update it unless i inquire through congress. i recently made an inquiry through congress i guess that is why they updated it. They are touching my file i can tell but they been reviewing it since april of this year.

I do have approval letter but that doesn't mean anything. I found post adjucated decisions online and there are cases where they revoked approvals. But I don't want to be negative and stuff... I did send them documents in June for address change however they didn't update anything back then.
