I also would like you guys know that is SO IMPORTANT develop a relationship with God. Actually I would say it’s necessary to not go crazy. Thank you Lord for holding my hand in every step. Thank You for don’t give up on me even when I did not believe on You. I would be nothing without You.

I m August 2019 too. Vawa was approved in April 2021 but after that complete silence on i485. No update at all. I have contacted my congressman.. they sent an inquiry last week let’s see what do i hear from them. Which state are you in, if you don’t mind sharing please?

I filed march 2019 on my 4th prima facie. what is the most prima facia one can get and does pending cases has limited time before decision can be made?

can you please tell me how long it took from the card ordered update on I360 to the card actually being mailed to you? Please send screenshot of i360 case updates if possible. So it took about 45 days from card ordered to actual vawa approval update? And when did you get your rfe for medicals? I presume there was no interview? Sorry for all the questions, but I got the card production update on Nov 1 and I am getting antsy.

I have not received any notice. My lawyer is saying its normal process to move the cases . But, why i-360 is moving into another office before approval ? I am not understanding?

What are the consequence of working without EAD? He had F1 EAD prior and during his marriage, his wife made him lost his job and status both, he filed VAWA but now working with his SSN and getting paid by payroll, honestly dont know how but for few months already doing this, just got to know about it. Will it cost him dearly? I asked him to stop working till get his EAD but damage is already done. TIA
