Thanks for the information. Not to be an ### hole but I’m just trying to get myself prepared for the future. One last question if the worst happens, my spouse withdrew form I-864 and I already have my C09 EAD card, will that automatically revoke my EAD card ? If i filled a new I-765 & 131 along side my Vawa so should I be expecting a new EAD & AP card if that ever happens?

If your wife revoked I-864 and your case has been administravively closed, than you will need to file a new I-485, I-765, and I-131.

Yes they will consider that your abandoned you  I-485 if you leave the Country using the AP regarding your first I-485. DON'T travel without advance parole. Why did you file a new I-485 if you have one pending? it doesn't make sense at all.

Thank you @sandranj for your response. It was my lawyer who suggested to file for new I-485 because she wasn't sure what will happen with the first I-485.

I am at early stage of compiling my VAWA package, but I already got a lot of useful resources and emotional help from this forum so I'd like to share some as well. (If it is shared already, then please regard this as a reminder for new comers)

If you google 'uscis decision issued public copy abused(/battered)', there are numerous public copies of VAWA decision reports (After researching for a while, I believe they are only made for denied cases though) uploaded by USCIS officially. Each report includes decision-making ground on each case in depth. They explain the reasons why the denials were made on such VAWA petitions a great deal. These are very detailed reports with actual examples. It gave me a better idea of which aspect l'll highlight in particular while establishing on my package and, additionally, some peace of mind knowing how my experiences with my abuser will be perceived in USCIS's eyes.

Hi my VJ family. I am so confused with processing time pls. I don't even know if I'm within processing time anymore, so confusing. Pls make me understand. I filed my I485 since Dec 2019. The last update was when my case transferred in 2020.

Did you filled any other form along side i-485? such as i-360 or i-131?

Good day all,

Please do anyone have an idea the most prima facia extension one can get when I360 case is pending and how much longer can one wait until they make a decision? Please your responses will be appreciated. Thank you.

Good morning vj family @Demise @Stillwinning!!!😊

Saw this notice this morning. For your reminder, USCIS gave me i have 204c fraud on my i130 last March 2021(even though we divorce since July 2019) and i360 was already pending since October 2019. Is this a notice of intent to deny or RFE? I was prepared already for this because i got much proofs to prove my marriage was bona fide including my ex wife letter saying our marriage was bona fide

It can be anything, but it's most likely a notice of intent to deny (NOID) if they slapped you with 204(c) before. A NOID is basically a more serious RFE, you've got less time to respond to it but other than that it's like a RFE, if you manage to overcome the adjudicator's doubts (in this case prove with clear and convincing evidence that the marriage was legit) you'll get approved.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.
