Receipt for my I365, I765, I485 ...................Jan 7 2020

My first prima facie was dated Feb 24, 2020

 I765 card been produced on May 17 2020 and card delivered on May 21, 2020.

From the time of filing, I have received 2 eads.  I submitted my 3rd ead renewal on Feb 2, 2020. My I360 got update to new card been produced on Feb 18, 2020

I don't know what will happen to my 3rd ead renewal after my I360 approval

I havent cared about my prima facie since all that I have been needing is my ead so I do not know the number of PF that I might have received

Thank you,  you may want to correct the 3rd renewal year to 2022. It can confuse. c31 will be your ead card now which is starting to be valid for 2 years.

I've contacted Senator Gillibrand about 50 days ago and still haven't gotten any response. Has anyone tried to contact them lately? How long did it take for them to get back to you?

I did last year. They got back to me within a week request additional documents.

I did it in September , the replied me back in Decemebr that they sent a request , but nothing after that .

Hello Family, after 3 long years I finally got my Green Card Approved and its on the way to me. Thank you all for the support and sharing your experiences during panic times. I feel so received my journey is complete. 

 

I wish all the ones that are waiting the best and please be patient and don't give up. And above all, don't PANIC and consult a good lawyer.

Submitted Jan 2018 I-130 and I 485
Submitted VAWA Oct 2019 After a long 1 year of abusive relationship

1st EAD received Jan 2020 after 14 month Wait

Jun 2021: Received Work Permit for C31 (VAWA)

After two RFEs, Received Approval in July 2021. (Evidence of Abuse and Residence with Abuser)

Dec 2021: I-485 was ready for Interview

Jan 6 '22: Interview, Requested Medical

First RFE for Medicals did not come

2nd RFE received Feb 9th

New Card was produced Feb 16.

Green Card will be in hand soon

No I was summing it up.

RFEs were prior to the EAD. After the Two RFEs were reviewed, I got the C31 EAD, a few weeks later I got the approval letter.

Some get RFEs some don't.

 I’ve been feeling so discouraged lately after seeing people waiting for 2+ years just to get interview notices, so your timeline gives me some hope.
