@Section12, You can relax, if USCIS says it’s only security checks pending, then your only issue will be the wait. Just be patient with them as there is nothing you can do to hasten these checks! They run their full course! But it’s evident that you will be approved still. Stay positive.🙌

I believe they have started working on Jan 2020 now. There are few approval on other forum.

If your form I-360 had been approved. 

And they are now asking you to send the medical.

Yes I360 is approved for 1,5 years now. so it means my interview is waived? Just need to send them medicals I have until May to do so !
