My daughter did hers recently and she needed to have the booster

Guys do you know if I travel to my home country due to an emergency and in the meantime USCIS denies my I-360 can they not let me in back in the USA? Does anybody know if they can deport me? Will I have the right to see an immigration judge to explain myself? 

Anybody knows any cases like that?
