It's a blessing and a curse. You have more time to respond and they have more time to add for excuses for your case delay😞

So you mean if oct1 was printed on your letter then it is oct1 plus 60 days? What if you sent i360 in a month ago but still no letter of receipt?

I read from somewhere that sometimes the status was never(or it take couple months to be updated like usual) changed even if the case was proceeding. 
 

your case was approved earlier than mine so it will happen soon or already did happen.🤞

Hi there!

To answer about RFE - yes. If the deadline says Oct 1 and they receive the reply by Nov 29th, they will take it as it's been replied in time. It is 60 calendar days extra, so if the letter is delivered on Nov 30th or later - you'll have missed the timeframe to reply and they will not take it into consideration.

Please clarify what is going on. Looks like your I-485 has been withdrawn and you just have filed VAWA petition a month ago. What kind of case/s do you have pending besides the new VAWA that you are worrying about the deadline for the RFE?

Many may not know how help you with a psychologist in your state, but I'm sure people here would be able to help you with your situation if you explained your story in detail. you would get many responses and alternatives of help

A. You can submit expedite request as per USCIS expedite criteria. If you don't think you meet their stringent expedite criteria, then

B. Consider joining attorney Greg Siskind's EAD lawsuit if it's for C9 EAD. Completely up to you though. Last date is Nov 3. Link is below:

@kanma20 google families together therapy services. They specifically do evaluation for immigration. I did mine with them.

What is the lawsuit about?is it like an expedite request done by a law firm? And there is charge for $1000?

Actually I was thinking about that too, Do people sue immigration officers at all?

I am having the VAWA interview, and I was thinking what happens when they start asking questions not related to the I 485, like the VAWA case. 

Probably nothing happens to them, but was just wondering if people ever sue IO lol 😆
