Guys I don't understand why people who filed I-360 in December 2019 get approved (which I am genuinely happy for ) and people from November 2019 are still waiting? It's been almost 27 months... I want this terrible journey to be over.

SO Sorry rosa i know you have been waiting for long time, what is your current status showing ? have you got response back from congress about any updates for your case

I completely understand your frustration. I know someone is waiting for a decision for almost 40 months now.

Just stay strong. Hang in there. Soon you will hear good news.

This is for those who are still  waiting for EAD approval.

I know a close friend who applied for EAD since May 4th 2021.

Yesterday her AP and EAD got approved. It took 280 days for her.

Thank God… I hope I’m next, mine is May 10 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😪

Can I use the ones I went to last year? Or the ones I’m about to start up with

I have to go get a psychological evaluation I never had one (my therapist didn’t do it though he was my therapist for 4 years)

I have my neurological analysis but I never mentioned any of the abuse to him though they did try and pry it out of me what stress I was under while they did all the tests after the seizures (I couldn’t exactly say my husband I had only just got married -  though he never came with me to a single medical appointment not even when I had to go see my doctor about my cancer test results.

He actually didn’t have an ounce of empathy in his bones. Anyone who sees their wife cry because she got a letter saying urgent doctor trying to get in contact with you about abnormal result (my first cancer scare) and looks her straight in the eye and instead of saying are you okay? Or what did the letter say? Anyone who looks bothered and says “are you helping me carry this dip or not?” instead of all that Is a real bad person.

Man I had blocked so many things out. And yet here I am feeling guilty about applying for VAWAand that he is going to feel mad when he finds out he can’t threaten me anymore. Sometimes I’m still in that mindset of being trapped

finding VAWA will allow me my freedom after everything I dealt with.

You can use the one you got last year, but the psychologist MUST DESCRIBE the abuse in detail.  It will not help you if the psychologist writes just about the tests done and diagnose, and the neurological analysis will not help you either with your VAWA.

Do not feel trapped anymore, you need to move on and no longer be held hostage by him. This is a new beginning, welcome all new opportunities and don't   look back.

Hello everyone. Hope your week is good ok.

is it possible to not be able to work until your Vawa is actually approved. That’s even after your C31 has been approved?

I tried to renew my CNA LICENSE and the department of health tells me they can’t verify my approval on SAVE. That it still comes back that I can’t work. I have sent an email to the congress person’s office and might wait a couple of weeks.

but I don’t understand why I have an approved C31 and an approval letter and still can’t get verified. C31 was approved January 07/2022.  Still don’t have approval for VAWA.

thank so so much for your response.
