So uscis sent me an RFE,  

They claim that my marriage met the normal standards of a bona fide marriage,  however since I'm in removal proceedings,  section 204(g) applies ( higher burden of proof), and I need to submit more clear and convincing evidence .

 

Anyone had to go through this before?

does anybody have a template how to contact your Congress person through email I guess. My C31 was returned to sender and our angel on duty here sandranj suggested to contact my Congress person. In my case that would be Frederica Wilson out of Miami Does anybody have any experience with her office?  Regular mail/email/template?

Just go to his/her website and contact with them form there. once you do it they will send you a privacy release form to fill it out.

I had like two or three prima facie determinations and was about 18 months in the wait when I received RFE back in 2018… so yeah RFE can come anytime before approval. I hope it goes great for you. In this journey, do all the right things and then be patient while you wait for your good news.👍

Congratulations!!! 🎊🎈🍾🎉 yes 10 years green card! Ahh yes that reminds me… sometime this year I have to start the process for my citizenship!!! How time flies!!!😄🥳

Yes I've made one inquiry through Senator, but somehow USCIS's record show the case was received in November 2020, even though I have prima facia and recipet stating otherwise, that the case was filled in May 2019, 

I've made an other inquiry through same senator last month to correct the mistake, I am still to hear back from them, it's been over a month.

Hello when did you apply Vawa ? Cuz I’m also in removal proceeding and I got rfe ( marital status and good moral ) which I responded almost 7 months ago)
