Hello. Question is for friend 

she sent full package in2019 . In November 2021 she got update for her 360 new card has been produced and card was ordered. She was waiting updated for send the card but it never changed , after week the status 360 changed we reopened for reconsideration, her lawyer sent request to VSC and response was , the case has delayed because of security check completed and the case wasn’t ready for decision. Usics didn’t say any word about reopened, only security check. 
Her mom is died and she went her home country, she doesn’t know what will be finally decision, she hasn’t chance to come back during 3 month. What situation will be if usics get negative decision, will it be possible to come back in US? Or did you heard same situation as she has ? Like card approved and then need to complete security check?

I’m a oct 2019 filer and I got my first RFE august 2021and I was so frustrated and depressed all over again with sleepless nights etc but today God showed up and I got a notification for my I 360 that a new card is being produced . I cried with a sense of relief that finally they approved my case . For all of you guys waiting for your case to be adjudicated don’t lose hope just believe in God and take advice from all the educated people on this forum . It’s worth it than even hiring a lawyer . Again Thank you , Thank you all and God’s richest blessings 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I 485, I 130 and I 765 January 2019.                          Interview was scheduled August 2019 but because of how abusive my wife was to me on the day of the interview my I 485 was held in abeyance                                                                        I 360 Oct 2019.                                                                  RFE Aug 2021 for good moral character, shared residence and Good faith marriage.                          RFE received Oct 2021                                                      New Card is being Produced January 2022.

Form i-131.

2 passport size pics 

copy of your EAD

and copy of i-485 receipt if your have paid for it or money order/check

 

yes it can be filled without attorney. Most of us doing without attorney.

I don't have the receipt because I filled my I-360 and I-485 via attorney

How long does it take uscis to respond to comgressperson typically? I finally got a response from congressperson saying they sent a request to uscis and will let me know when they get a response from them. Thanks

Usually they say it take up to 30 days.

 

But i got my response within 2 weeks.

it depends. If you pay for i-485 then you do not have to pay the filling fee. just attach the i-485 receipt.

 

If not then either you have to pay or send the fee waiver.

hello dear family,

today I woke up with the great news that my i485 changed status to New Card is Being Produced, I guess this means that my GC has been approved?

Is it the 10 year GC? from this point how long do I have to wait to get the card in my hands?  please let me know

Good morning house, please i just want to be sure if this is a general issue and not just peculiar to my application. I did submit I-765 renewal form based on my pending I-485 sometime in  March 2021  but i am still waiting on the EAD card. Is this normal? My I-130 was denied sometime in November 2021 because i asked to,  just  to preserve my i485  but i was issued rfe to submit my i-360 receipt which i did in December 2021 but USCIS has not acknowledged if she recieved the receipt or not. Any comment or suggestion is welcome please...Thank you in anticipation
