Hello Everyone,  

Just question please 

When people filled by mail then receiving receipt number for a case then letter from uscis it says uscis created and account with Online Access Code and asking to confirm and Log on uscis account within 90 days .

if people confirmed Online account and log on to account will they will still receive All letters and information regarding their case from Uscis by mail too after creating uscis Online account and confirmed their Online account?

 

Will they receive All letters and information regarding their case by Online account and Mail as Well Or Will they receive All letters and informations Regarding their case By Online account Only without Receiving letters in mail from Uscis?

Hope everyone is doing great, congratulations to all my brothers and sisters receiving approval, those are in line, hang in there, we are almost there. 

 

Few weeks back asked congressmen to update my new address with USICS for 360/485. Today received update "name was updated" on 485. I know we get this status when they touch our file. I am 99% sure it was for address update. However, email i received with status update was initial review. Why they doing initial review if my 360 is not even approved? or this is just generic update like name was updated? TIA

"initial review" is a generic update. "name was updated" just means something minor like change of attorney / address. Same updates for me in the past.

Feb 2019 ,still waiting for interview,I Dnt even let it bother me that’s their problem. .I know when is my time everything will be smooth

I sent my renewal in first week of October. I waited 2 months then in December i reached out to my congress person and i was able to get my receipts in 3 weeks.

End of November is approximately beginning of December. Sometimes it takes that long. You might want to wait it out or contact your rep. You might even hear from them in a few days.😊👍

I am a silent reader in this forum . This forum is more powerful than even hiring a lawyer . I have a lawyer but I gathered all my knowledge here by reading through all the threads and I just want to say a big Thank You to @Stillwinning!!!😊 @sandraj and all the other guys who always chimed in to educate us all on this forum. My journey started in 2019 and it was one of the hardest and most devastated year of my life but with God and you guys I was able to find some strength to do this. I’m a oct 2019 filer and I got my first RFE august 2021and I was so frustrated and depressed all over again with sleepless nights etc but today God showed up and I got a notification for my I 360 that a new card is being produced . I cried with a sense of relief that finally they approved my case . For all of you guys waiting for your case to be adjudicated don’t lose hope just believe in God and take advice from all the educated people on this forum . It’s worth it than even hiring a lawyer . Again Thank you , Thank you all and God’s richest blessings 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I read your post when you were asked to respond for to an RFE. 

I was so shocked, because I was asking myself why USCIS will wait until you are almost clocking two years before sending you an RFE. 

Because I have noticed that  they usually asked for it within eighteen months of filing. 

God is really Great and his ways are far away from Ours.
