 Also, can I depart back for Italy as soon as I submit medicals!? What happen eventually to my advance parole if they issue a green card!? 

 

Just back home from work… I would return immediately and have the medicals processed and sent in! This usually means green card sans interview! I hope you are happy 😊 more wins to you!👍

Package with i693 delivered on November 5th.

NYC field office

Any idea how long it will take them to make a decision?

Almost same situation

Vawa approved on march 2020, sent i485 on dec 2018

Received rfe i693 for i485 on nov 29, Queens received my rfe reply on dec 9 2021.

It is almost 2 months and I am still waiting for the i485 approval.

God please help us, Amen

Starting to panic. I graduate in May and should be starting residency in June. Not sure if I should be looking for a program willing to get a H1b visa for me or if I can continue to residency on my prima facie and the implied status I have now while my application is pending.

I am a VAWA applicant who changed state. I have been trying to change address with the USCIS. I have sent multiple request yet no response. I do not know what else to do. My EAD expired in Nov 2021. I sent a renewal since May 2021 and I am currently on extension. USCIS is not responding to anything. I even used my senator. is there anything else I can do ?

You can just apply for citizeshipn when you complete at least 2.9 months as a green card holder.

The Chicago office might redirect your  petition to Vermont ,then it's better to wait. Tell your attorney to learn about immigration Law because he can't be an immigration Lawyer if he doesn't even know the Law.

You don't need to rush back to the U.S. They will adjudicate your I-485 when they receive your medical exams.
