I'm also on my third prima facie.

1st one = 1 year

2nd one = 180 days

3rd one = 180 days

I'm a feburary 2020 filer.

Praying that this should be my last one.

I have seen some people on this thread who were on their fourth or even fifth one. But they are very rare.

When did you submit your inquiry?

I filed January 2020, it has been 24 months with no update. I see that your case is on the 27th month or so. Since they posted the processing time at 22.5 to 29.5 months, can I already submit an inquiry before the 29th month? It has been 2 years already since I filed the i360

Few days ago , I contacted my attorney and she said wait September now uscis is processing from August so when UScis will process September fillers and  if I didn’t get any decision then attorney will inquiry to see my case on supervisor hand ..!

Yeah that’s exactly what my attorney said as well. You have 1 month to go which is great, so hope you get a decision soon 🙏

If you already have pending i-485 then you do not need to refiled i-485.

Just make sure you have i-485 pending. other than you are good.

They just said : uscis will not take further action on this form I 485 and it is administratively closed, and i can request to reopen it when my vawa is approved.

So i dont know if im still pending or not ?

I renewed my ead 2 times . I already sent the i765 and i131 form . They received then and sent me recepts . Any advice will be welcomed because I dont have enough money  to take lawyer .thank you

Since when it is administratively closed?

How many time did you renew your EAD after it is closed?
