I’m at the nvc stage, and I’m the petitionor. I don’t have an income or any tax files because I’m dependent on my parents. My uncle is the sponsor that’s helping me to sponser my husband . My question is WHAT FORM WOULD I FILE? do i still need to file because i have no information financially. Or he should only do the forms with his finical documents. But then what would I do for me? Please help me. I have researched yet im still so confused and stressed.

another question is ; my husband has went to school secondary up but we don’t have the exact dates but he knows the year. The iv application asks for the date to and from so should we put the year and estimate date?

Have you read the guides at all?  You keep asking simple questions that are easily answered in the guides.

Lol yes i have, I wouldn’t be here if i understood it. The thing I don’t understand is I don’t have a income at all not that it doesn’t meet the minimum so im confused what to do in that case. It does say i must file but i have no information. I mean do i write a letter instead of the form

No.  You must use the I-865 form.  Writing a 'letter' in lieu of this form will result in a denial.

YOU are the primary sponsor for your spouse, even if you have no income.  Again, read the guides and educate yourself on your own process.

Ma”am I did, thankyou for your help. 😁

It's the I-864 for you and please become an A-Student of the I-864 instructions and the form itself before asking more questions related to it.  If you don't, you won't know what you don't know, so won't know what to ask.

With regard to dates, your husband should do the best he can, then enter a complete date.  One way to do it is to remember at least the season, then maybe the month, then do the best possible estimate of the actual dates.     For example, most school years in the USA start in early September, but some in late August, then end in May or June.  Dates are different but each country follows a fairly consistent pattern of its own.
