Hi we are preparing our package  I 751 to be send ,I need to know, my husband it's in the title of our home, garranty deed, but not on mortgage because we buy our house just a few months after he enter the country so he wasn't working yet and have not credit score yet. It will be ok sending the garranty deed Showing both of our names? Mortgage is on my name and my older son. Anyone with similar situation.?

Yes.  The property deed is good evidence of joint ownership.  This is what we sent:

 

Apartment lease with both our names & signatures
Joint bank checking acct statements since wife's arrival in June 2017.
Deed for new home with both our names
Mortgage Lender Letter with both our names.
Credit Cards showing both on joint account with same card number.
Amazon delivery label showing both names and our current address.
Wife's Military Dependent ID card showing me as the sponsor.
Tricare Eligibility Letter showing both of us together.
Military pay statement showing wife as my benefic.
Texas Health Care Directives appointing each other as sole health care proxy(Advanced Directives)
Our Texas driver's licenses with same address for both of us
2018 Joint Tax ReturnTax Returns 
Pictures of us on special occasions here in the US.
Car Insurance Cards showing both of us as insured drivers for our car
Boarding Passes for Las Vegas Valentine Day Trip 2019
Utility application showing both our names for our current address

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

He arrived on January and we buy our home on June, we was renting an apartment but the leasing office don't let me adding to the lease until the new contract lease starts on November. But was a few months we have driver licence and car insurance showing this address on both.

 

In addition we have, 2020 tax returns,  joint  checking bank accounts, credit card that he is an authorized user, past and present health insurance, basic life insurance , retirement account where he is my beneficiary, Geico car insurance, copies of LLC company on our names, water bill on both name,covid test result showing a positive result 5 days apart one of another. Pictures of us, and with family, I am thinking about what else can we use, we have Sam's membership maybe it's good too.

Sounds like you have a good amount of evidence!

 

Other items you could consider adding (if you wanted to):

Healthcare Power of Attorney

Living Will

Anything from an employer showing spouse as emergency contact

Anything showing spouse as an emergency contact for school

Any other utility bills showing you both - cell phone? garbage pick up? Electric?  Gas?

04/16/19: Interview.  AOS approval text rec'd.  Card in production!

04/24/19: GC in hand!

02/10/21: I-751 package sent

02/12/21: Delivered to Phoenix, AZ

03/22/21: Money order cashed

03/24/21: Text notification rec'd

03/25/21: NOA rec'd

04/30/21: Case updated: Fingerprints taken

06/27/22: Approved!  Card being produced!

07/05/22: 10-year GC in hand!

Thank you,  I have my spouse as my emergency contact at work. Actually I printed already you just remind me. The only utility bill is the water bill, I will see if I can add him to other but only for the interview in case the officer ask.
