Finding an Official Vaccination Center in China

My Fiancé finally received her Visa about a month ago. We are in desperate need to find a vaccination center in China that is able to stamp the official vaccine passport.
We have had no luck calling the phone number 862162699006. This is the phone number listed online for the office available to handle “ health screening and vaccination for immigration to the United States”

Does anyone have any information on getting an official (in vaccine passport) vaccine in China?

Does anyone know if the vaccine is mandated to enter into the United States as of now?

Any tips or advice is graciously appreciated!

No, not needed right now. Only on or after November 8, 2021: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/travelers/international-travel-during-covid19.html

Before that date she'll just need "proof of a negative COVID-19 test or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19" https://www.cdc.gov/quarantine/fr-proof-negative-test.html

from the USCIS - the vaccination will need to be reported on the Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record by the civil surgeon or panel physician (overseas physicians authorized to fill out the I-693).

COVID-19 Vaccination Required for Immigration Medical Examinations

Release Date
09/14/2021

Quote

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services today announced that, effective Oct. 1, 2021, applicants subject to the immigration medical examination must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the civil surgeon can complete an immigration medical examination and sign Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.

but if she already has her visa, she may have already passed that hurdle just in time.

In the second paragraph it says it applies to all I-693 signed on or after the effective date of Oct 1, 2021 so her medical should be ok

Does anyone know how to get who approved vaccine in China for travel?

It seems if you've already been vaccinated with a non-approved vaccine before any of these rules were written, none of the vaccination centers will give you another jab with the approved vaccine :(

Which vaccine did you get?  Both Sinovac and Sinopharm, the 2 primary vaccines in China are WHO approved for emergency use and recognized by the CDC for travel to US.

I've heard that China's policy is to NOT re-vaccinate anyone who has already been vaccinated. Once they find out she has already been vaccinated, they will turn her away at either local vaccination centers, or even major hospitals.

You might check with the immigrations hospitals listed by the US Consulate in their medical exam instructions, but I haven't heard back as to whether that is possible.

By the way, the travel restrictions do not apply to green card holders, or to those traveling on an immigration visa.

Since the K-1 visa is usually treated as an immigrant visa, that MAY apply as an exception for your fiance. But the travel restrictions do not explicitly list K-1 visas as an exception, as in normally the case for immigration policies.
