Good morning!

I did my biometrics recently and the case is now ready to be scheduled for an interview at the San Antonio field office.

Does anyone have experiences there?

Furthermore, when we sent the application we just got married after one year long distance and a couple of months in real life.

we have now much more evidence but I’m not sure of what I should bring with us.

A checklist might be like this:

1) power of attorneys

2) proof of travels

3) pictures with friends and family and social media post from them

4) cellphone bills

5) things related to our soon-to-be-born daughter

6) proof of expenses to decorate the house we share (on my side)

6) gifts and proof of communication, especially when my husband was TDY (we had sent previously the log of our bond bracialets and have use it again when he was away)

7) 2020 tax returns

8 ) medical

do I need to bring original documents? Original applications?

I’m slightly lost. 😬

(We asked for expedite, so I want to be ready!)

thank you in advance to everyone kind enough to help me!!

San Antonio seems to be really fast. Have a look at Skyman’s timeline. He provided a recent review of San Antonio FO. See below last post.

nope, but they approved the I-130. As soon as I have news, I put an update. Hopefully, useful for others and not asking for help.😬

Hey Still no interview scheduled? Mine has been ready to be scheduled for an interview after 18 months of patience.

i hope they can schedule me soon so I can finally breath a little.

Nothing still except they approved the expedite in the end. So let’s see how it plays out.

Okay well that’s probably a good thing if the expedite has been approved.🤞🏽
i see that it could take up to 2 to 3 months to get scheduled sometimes.
