Receipt Notice

Hi, I was wondering if there is a reason why I haven’t received a notice about my i129 being received in the mail yet? It’s been over two months since I’ve sent it off. I did receive a text saying they got it and the money order has been cashed. This was all about a week or two later. But never any physical letter. I’m worried the address may be an issue but I know for a fact that I put the correct one because I quadruple checked everything. Is there some sort of delay for the first notice? I checked the case status online and it even says to check the letter sent.

Hi, we filed our k1 on July 31,2021. We haven't received our NOA1 since, but we know that it has been delivered to a lockbox facility in Texas on August 5. Just curious if this delay is normal as I have been reading from other posts that they have received their NOA1 by mail within a month or two. Is there anything that could be done?
