Hi, I am a LPR my Spouse is UK citizen and she don't need Visa and she has flight to USA this month.

My question in what documents CBP officers ask at the airport? Anyone has the same experience?

Regards,

Chaudhary Ahmed.

If flying before nov 8 she needs proof of marriage to you and your US status, and negative Covid test within 3 days of flying to board. CBP may ask questions to ensure she plans to go back to the UK so any proof of that (job, lease etc) could be useful.

And What if its after Nov 8. Are they going to change the rules after November 8?

The travel ban is falling  away so she doesn’t need to show marriage certificate (as an exception to the ban) after that, but she does need to be fully vaccinated, and still to have a Covid test.
