my status hasn't changed after my interview and i was approved

I Have Been Approved Since a week and some days for my K1 visa interview  Now And Still Haven't Heard Anything From The embassy neither has my case been worked  on .. now am really confused and concern .Any Help From A Concern Friend Out Here Please

Your interview was approved. Your visa is not approved until shows on CEAC the states ISSUED. 
 

Just wait and be patient. Is the only way

thank you ... it funny the lady who came after i did my interview got  her  visa approved the day after our interview and mine is still stuck on ready  ...

My fiancé recently had his interview this past Wed. What does your case status say in CEAC? Ours says "Administrative Processing." It was helpful for me to look at VJ timelines for recent visa approvals from the Ghana embassy. It looks like it is taking approximately 2 weeks on average from interview to visa issuance. However, like PaulaCJohnny said, it is not approved until it says "Issued" on the CEAC website. So even though the interview went well, I'm still waiting for it to be official before I breath a sigh of relief.

 

I also recommend filling out your timeline, that is helpful in providing feedback/advice.
