Mother’s I 130 still as “been reviewed” and time on I-94 is almost over

Need advise please. I’m US citizen and applied for my mom’s I130 on August . Notice still displays that form is under review. But my mom’s stay on I94 expires on November 18.

What are our options?

Right now, mom can use the I-130 receipt to file to adjust status.  It will take 6-8 months for her to get her EAD and AP.  She will need her EAD to get work authorization to legally work and AP in order to travel internationally without abandoning her adjustment of status.  

Leave the US and wait for consular processing.  Expect 1-2 years before she can get an interview.
