DMV Delay due to SAVE

It's been more than 2 weeks since I went to the local DMV to apply for a learner's permit and they needed to verify my status in SAVE. I've been looking at the online SAVE CaseCheck website to check on my status and it still says my case is in process.

 

Is there any way to expedite this process? I tried calling DMV but they said the processing is with USCIS. I tried calling the USCIS number but I get directed to an automated system that isn't able to process my request. The wait has just been so frustrating.

 

Note: I received my conditional green card around a month ago.
