I think you could be reasonably confident that if they already issued the K1, the K2 would be close behind. I can't imagine they would issue one if there were any hold up on the other.

 

I couldn't say if CR-1 and K-1 would be the same on tracking but last week ours turned to "Issued" Tuesday afternoon.  No detectable activity or tracking on Wednesday but the Issued date updated on CEAC.  Maybe 4:00PM Thursday, the second day after it turned to Issued, the status in the lower right hand corner of the https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/  or https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/applicanthome dashboard changed to "Passport has been received from the consular section, and is currently being processed for delivery."  Roughly the same time it became trackable on https://supplychain.2go.com.ph/customersupport/etrace/index.asp by uid (the number next to your e-mail address when logged in to ustraveldocs or on the barcode if you printed the confirmation from when you registered your delivery address.  We never could trace it on 2GO's site by case number or passport number.  Only UID worked but it worked fine.  Ours tracked a few hops on 2GO's web site overnight and passports were available for pickup Friday morning.

 

You can also check by passport number here. https://www.ustraveldocs.com/ph/ph-niv-passportretrieve.asp .  That wont give you tracking information but is another way to find out when 2GO actually has it.
