last question, do i need to apply for a AOS for EVERY SINGLE PERSON or can i do one for all of them? it is a family of 5 and i am sending this applications in one package.

They cannot apply for AOS until their priority date becomes current, which is about 16 years from they day you submitted the I-130.  When that date comes, they apply for AOS - each main beneficiary on a I-130.

AOS is a long time away.  It should not be something to think about now.  They will need to worry about their application for humanitarian parole, your financial sponsorship for them (I-134), applying for EAD, renewing their humanitarian parole, etc.
