Btw, USCIS gives the option of writing a letter instead of filing the I-912. It must include all the necessary information that states your request for a fee waiver, must be signed by everyone requesting the fee waiver, and must include all the necessary supporting evidence. 

can you show me where it says this?

 

dont want to send and delay if they actually want the form 912

so although i am submitting 5 separate 131 applications (wife, husband and three children) i just do one AOS and submit that in the one package?

i have family in afghanistan i applied for form i130 as i am a us citizen, but because the visa timeline, it will take yearssssss to get a visa for them.

 

if i file humanitarian parole due to the sitation in afghanistan, that wont have any negative impact on there form i130 correct? please advise

 

these are my brothers and sisters and there kids in danger!

Humanitarian Parole will not impact the I-130.

 

However, it does not bypass the requirement of their F4 PD to be current.  That is, they still need to wait 15 years to be able to apply for a visa/greencard (AOS or consular processing).  Humanitarian parole is temporary and they will need to keep re-applying before the expiration date.  This is per the USCIS website:

No idea.  Also, I have no idea what their acceptance criteria is.  You would have to apply to see what they accept/don't accept.  In this case, you are helping your siblings to apply.

last question, do i need to apply for a AOS for EVERY SINGLE PERSON or can i do one for all of them? it is a family of 5 and i am sending this applications in one package.
