It's been four years since I moved but my green card arrived five weeks after I moved. I'm not sure on my SSN, sorry.

Met: December 2009

Married: April 2015

Received CR-1 visa: February 2017

POE (as IR-1): April 2017

Oath ceremony: November 2020

There are tons of threads about this on the forum if you search.  Some people have gotten their SSN's within 10 days, others it never comes and they have to head into the SSA office.  Some people get their GC's within a week or 2 and others, it's months.  Entirely variable at this time.
