Hello everyone! I have my interview in a week and I have a list of what I am going to bring to the interview (as a side note I don't have an SSN and none of the banks here will allow me to open a joint account until I have one).

ADJUSTING FROM K1 VISA

I am bringing:

- Interview Letter

- original i 485

- original i 864 with letter of employment, tax return transcripts from 2019 - 2017 and birth certificate

- joint sponsor i 864 with tax returns from 2020 - 2018, 6 months of payatubs and birth certificate

- i 765 original application

- i 944 (sent with original application Im doubtful that it will be asked for but it has extea evidence in there too)

- My DS 3025 vaccine record

- All NOA's from K1 up until now

- Updated i 485 since we moved (lived somewhere for a week and then moved back to in laws cause landlord was rude and then moved out of in laws again to our current place)

- Updated i 864 with W2 and 1040 tax return for 2020 and IRS Tax transcripts for 2019 and 2018, 3 most recent pay stubs, and letter from employer

COPIES OF ALL OF THE ABOVE

For proof of bona fide marriage I am bringing:

- Lease for our apartment

- Copy of health insurance showing that me, my wife and our daughter are covered

-Phone bill with both of our names

-Electricity bill in wife's name and print out showing I am an authorized user

- Internet bill showing Im an authorized user

- Water bill under my wife's name

- Signed affidavit from my in laws stating that my family and I lived with them at their old house

- All documentation from trips up until we got married

- About 80 photos of myself and my family

- Marriage liscence

- Wife's SSN

- Birth certificate for myself, my wife and our daughter

- Passports for myself and my wife

As side note I have been trying to open up a bank account but where we live they will only accept an SSN. I brought up the W8 form and all but have been turned down by regular employees and management.

Does this look good? Just a little anxious for next week since on the i 485 I had to check yes at denied admission because during the panedmic I wanted to come over but the CBP officer turned me away since my travel was non essential. Also stopped at the border once before my K1 visa interview since the border patrol officer wanted to make sure that I wasnt married already

Open to any and all feedback!

Looks good to me. You can't bring what you don't have but the good thing about the interview is you can explain if they ask for a shared bank account.
