Looks like these mandates aren't holding up too well in the federal courts.

For all the vaccine pushers out there, why does the US not recognize this?

Agree. While I am pro vaccine I am even more pro liberty. Kinda like my views on Abortion. I am anti abortion but also anti imposing my views on others. Kinda my same stance on drugs

But the judge didn't rule on the mandate? He just issued a restraining order because the agreement United has with the employees not to put the workers on unpaid leave would expire before he could rule on the case. The mandate hasn't been struck down.

I still do not understand why these companies are shooting themselves in the foot with respect to their employees.  Are they just trying to look good for old Joe and the Woke Left based on a questionable guideline that has not even been clarified yet.

No one ever claimed the mandate was struck down. I don't remember if it was this case or the one in NY I posted but the judge (a Clinton appointee by the way) stated the plaintiffs are likely to prevail in their case.

Why on earth would ANY American citizen be supportive of forcing someone to give up their medical freedom?  If Brandon had come out and said no more abortions in the US, there would be mostly-peaceful protests and burning of businesses all over the place.

Not to worry, Old Joe said heavy handed mandates/rules/guidelines/ramblings from him should not further divide us.  I guess he doesn’t realize he is the Divider in Chief.
