As @Mike E said in his earlier post, some people end up needing it and some don’t. It’s impossible to predict what kind of IO you would get, maybe passport isn’t enough for them, who knows. I’d personally request the certificate of citizenship because it’s an important document to have in your possession, you might need it in the future for other things too. Again, it’s up to you to make the decision.

I’d like to add that USCIS often gives inaccurate information. I wouldn’t rely on them too often. Just an FYI for the future.

OK.  I understand thank you for your advice I'll get started

Hello !  Can a disabled or state-assisted person sponsor their fiancée for the k1 visa?

I would get a joint sponsor

you can't add the immigrant to SSI medicare for SSI but can sponsor

and some states suppliment the SSI benefit  / the SSDI

What u are asking can't be answered in full here as we are not privy to your financial

u can apply / any USC can / it will be up to CO to look at your "totality of circumstances at an  interview like if u own a house,  have savings and investments, etc

u are also free to move to Haiti and keep SSI

Varies by embassy. Some if not most embassies ask you to bring I-134 with you to interview. The forum for Haiti might have posts that discuss how the embassy in Haiti handles it.
