Hi can i ask you what you said in the UPDATED intent of marry? Did you write something different then the first intent to marry you included in your i 129f packet?

I sure can!

"l, (My full name), am still legally able and willing to marry  (my then fiancee's full name) and intend to do so within 90 days of her arrival into the United States using the K1 Visa. I have been engaged to Anna since December 11, 2020. Our original hope was for her to have the K1 visa and already arrive to the United States in the fall/early winter, but this did not work out due to the delay in the l-129F petition approval. Hence, I am restating my original intent in this letter as my goal for us as a couple has not changed and neither have my feelings for Anna as my future wife."

I pretty much stated when we were engaged, when we hoped to marry per our intent for the I-129F and what our plans are now.  :)  well now as in during that interview process.  I took out full names for privacy reasons but kept first name as we have that in our profile.  This is basically what they are looking for.

*NOTE* that I stated how the delay affected us without being too specific.  :)  I know that did not sway their opinion much as for Ukraine, it was more about my tax documents and whatnot.  But still, it felt great to express this.
