I am the husband of a permanent resident and my wife has applied for me.  we are still at the USCIS stage.
In my country for two years the government decided to make birth certificates secure.  Then all citizens present their old birth certificate and the government issues a new secure birth certificate with a personal number and a QR code.
But on this new birth certificate secured the  date of birth  declaration is mentioned as the date the secure document was produced so all secure birth certificates have a recent declaration date.

My question is: When we get to the NVC stage and I submit my secure birth certificate NVC  will it reject it because the date of birth declaration  is recent?  or should I submit the birth certificate with an accompanying commentary to explain to them that this is what is in force in my country?  please help me
