Honestly rooting for the current energy and supply chain disruptions to move forward into at least a short term economic collapse so governments around the world are forced to be more pragmatic about their covid / travel policies or have starving citizens overrun their respective capitals. Seems governments around the world think they are above the laws of nature and only a swift kick in the teeth will remind them they aren't.

Many US Citizens will not be able to provide the needed information to get in

It amazes me the USA has donated so many covid vaccines to the Philippines, but they will not let in US Citizens.

They accept the CDC card.  My step son just arrived there and my step daughter goes tomorrow.  The card is uploaded to OneHealth.

Philippines would be a hot bed for this to happen, I am surprised the people haven't had a rebellion.  Give them another year of lockdowns and quarantines and Philippines may have the people revolt.

Here we go again, this isn't quite settled. There are reports they are accepting the CDCR card from some travelers, but not foreign nationals.

Interesting.  They accepted ny step son and step daughter's cards but they are still traveling under the Philippine passport.  I go in two weeks so I will see how that handle my wife and I.

I have the feeling that it depends who is on the clock when you land, you will have some that follow things by the book, while others will let you slide on that is close enough.
