hi guys my friend asked if what forms should she has to get to petition her mom? pls send me links if you guys have.Thank you so much..

There's not much information about your friend. Is this friend a USC? LPR? Can't help without additional information. You might also try reading the Guides. It's at the top of the website, fourth tab to the right...GUIDES :)

she is a filipina and now an american citizen she wanted to petition her mom...

She would file form I-130.

Most of the filing for spouse guide applies to filing for a parent of a US Citizen.
