J1 Visa - approved at the interview then AP

Hi everyone.

I applied for a J1 Visa in Brazil and my program should have started on Oct 1st (already missed).

I was approved at the interview and was told by the VO that I would receive my passport by mail with the visa. I even received some printed instructions on my rights during my stay in the US.

However, right after the interview I received an email with some questions, very similar to DS5535. I replied to them on the same day and my process got into Administrative Processing and then Refused for AP soon after that.

Then it changed from Refused back to AP 2 weeks ago.

Based on your experience, how long does it take to change from AP to Issued?

I've read some comments saying it usually takes 2 days, so I'm really worried.
