I30 Petition for parents of Us citizen questions

I just recently become a Us citizen and I want to fill foe my parents to come to live tu Us. They both live in Argentina and my mum came here a few times but never overstay her visa. Do I need a lawyer or it is easy to fill by myself? Also I have a few questions.

 

if I fill online Do I need an email address and account for each?

 

Do I need to send affidavit of support with application at the same time? Or how the process work?

You should read the guides here on VJ (for petitioning a relative).  The form is the I-130, and yes, you may do it online.

 

I truly doubt you need a lawyer.  Most US immigration processes for parents are pretty straightforward.  This is a DIY site, and full of people who have gone through the immigration process without legal or professional help.

 

Affidavit of support is not necessary initially, at the petition phase.
