It's been 2 months since i submitted I-130 petition to USCIS for my wife who lives in China.

And I just realized today that my wife's case was sent to California Service Center where the USCIS website shows the processing time is 22-33 months, which is more than 2 years...originally i thought it would only take 6 month...me and my wife are very frustrated right now and don't know what we can do....

Guys, please help! Is there any way I can do at this point? Any way that I can expedite our case?

If you have the basis for expedite, you can request for it. Remember missing one's spouse and longing to meet asap is not a valid basis for expedite.

Spouse:

2015-08-17: I-130 approved

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US

A spousal immigration visa in only 6 months is unrealistic.  The process takes 1-2 years.

What would be the reason to expedite your case?  The US Government will want to know why your situation is more important than other people who are waiting.

No.   Petitions cannot be mailed directly to service centers.  Service centers are assigned by USCIS based on USCIS protocol......You have no control over which service center processes your case.  Get use to being patient.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

No.  You have zero control over this.  You can't mail an I-130 to any particular service center.

There is no creative way out of this.  It's 1-2 years to petition for your wife.

No, it doesn't work like that. It's not up to the petitioner to decide which service center adjudicates your petition. USCIS decides that om their own. Even sometimes, they can move cases around to other service centers without you knowing either. Right now all you can is be patient and wait it out. Or can go visit/live with spouse in China until case is approved.
