More than a month since being outside of normal processing time

Hi there,

I have filled my I129F at the end of December and received receipt at the end of February. (They received my I129F on 12/29/2020)

Based on the USCIS website, my status has been outside of normal processing time for more than a month and still not receiving any update yet.

I inquired through them asking my status but no response after 30 days...

Is it normal or could happen that I would not get any update such as request for additional document when passes outside of normal processing time more than a month?

It would be great if you could share your experiences and things I can do with this situation.

Thank you

You'll most likely get a generic response telling you to wait another 60 days. It's unfortunate but that's how they deal with outside processing time requests. You're not the only one these days. Just had another user asking the same question a couple days ago.

Check the average processing times on this link: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

If you're already outside of normal processing times, make an e-request here: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=onpt

How do we file an e-request if we do not have a NOA1 yet which includes the receipt number? Thank you in advance
