Hello everyone! I am stopping by to inquiry about my family's application I submitted I-130 for my 2 parents and my 2 sisters at the same time back on 04/01/2021. Both of my parents application status changed to “actively being reviewed” last month (not a surprise and expected) and then out of the sudden the application status for both of my sisters also changed today to “actively being reviewed “. Do anyone know what it means? Are they just reviewing the apps because of my parents I-130’s or are we lucky and maybe trying to unify the family all at once? Any info will be appreciated! Thanks.

Sorry, there is no way your parents and your sisters will arrive at the same time. Parent category is immediate relative and the only wait time is administrative (forms processing and wait for an interview slot at the embassy). Sibling visas are “family preference”.  These visas are subject to an annual quota and there is a long wait list, and there is no way (it is contrary to law) for such a visa to be issued before its priority date is current. For sibling visas the current priority date for most countries is for petitions filed in March 2007, indicating roughly a 14-15 year wait for recently filed petitions to become current (this could change/ lengthen over time). For India, Mexico and Philippines it is even a longer wait. I don’t know what the status change might mean but even if the sibling petitions get approved by USCIS today, they will sit at NVC until their priority dates are current.
