Electronic I-94 'NO RECORD FOUND'- Filing i-130 for parents

Filing I-130 online for parents.

Mother has an online I-94 which I was able to pull up but father's says 'no record found', I'm able to see his travel history but not the I-94.

Anyone encountered the same problem/what did you do?😟

I have contacted CBP , waiting for them to get back.

You can try getting in contact with your nearest deferred inspection office.

Have you heard from CBP? I'm going through the same right now and on the website it says icon the Assignment phase. I don't know what that means. I requested it last May. I had to do an application.
