Due to the pandemic and subsequent lockdown last year, my fiancee based in the UK has been unable to travel here on her K1. It expired last August I believe? She was just able to get the medical exam redone over here by following the instructions on the UK website and we contacted them and scheduled a new visa appointment at the embassy for next week on the 14th. Now, my question is: what would be required? The appointment-making website regurgitated the same info as last year about the things she needs to bring to the appointment but I was wondering if anyone had any experience in this and can assist? The website didn't even prompt her to repay the visa fees (not that either of us are complaining). We're preparing a DS-160, a I-864, letter of intent, the I-129F (which had expired). One more question actually, in the guide here on visajourney, it states that the immigrant has to bring a I-134 form to the interview yet the embassy people when they sent the information on the documents required for the interview it stated it needed a I-864? Just to be safe I'm preparing both but I was wondering on that as well.
